Robelle Water Brightener and Clarifier, a super concentrated formula, coagulates dirt, oils and other microscopic particles so they can be eliminated from the pool water by the filter. At half the dosage rates of other swimming pool clarifiers this fast-acting product will provide professional results at a competitive price. While Robelle Water Brightener and Clarifier improves the function of sand and cartridge filters, it is not recommended for diatomaceous earth (DE) pool filters. Use this product weekly to enjoy cleaner looking, sparkling clear pool water. Water Brightener and Clarifier is designed to coagulate and floc suspended solids from the swimming pool water. The solids will be filtered out of the pool or collect on the bottom for removal by the vacuum. Add 4 oz. of this product per 10,000 gallons of swimming pool water. Addition should be made once a week to the pool when the filter is running. If the pool water is cloudy due to airborne dust or to high hardness of the water add 16 oz of water brightener and clarifier per 10,000 gallons of water. Allow at least 3 hours for Water Brightener and Clarifier to work, then vacuum the residue from the bottom of the pool and backwash the filter if necessary.
