Q:If my phone can not be charged on the phone charging area, what should I do?
Make sure your phones have wireless charging function (iPhone 8 and above).
Use an 18W (9V/2A) adapter to power the wireless charger (Otherwise the charger may not have sufficient output power for the phone charging area).
Place your phone accurately on the phone charging area so that it could align to the charging coils.
make sure the phone case thickness is less than 4mm,please remove cases over 4mm thick before charging
Make sure there is no metal, magnet, credit card or other foreign objects which will interfere with charging on the back of your phone/phone case.
