This comfortable and easy-to-use neck cervical traction device can lengthen the neck muscles and usually provide rapid and lasting relief from the soreness and irritation that accompanies cervical problems.

How to use

Wrap the air neck traction device around your neck, valve to the left, adjust the shape/position of the inflatable layer, and close it with the strap. First-time users should place it in front of the mirror.

Make sure the rubber pad is in the correct position. Tighten the inflation/deflation valve of the inflator before manually pumping air.

Pump manually until you achieve comfort or the correct traction angle and the correct amount of stretch/release as required by your doctor. Adjust the left and right sides separately if needed. Adjustment is complete when comfort and symptom relief are achieved. When optimal pressure is reached, close the ball valve.

The device can be used 2-3 times a day for up to 20-30 minutes each time (but only 1-3 minutes for major traction).

After use, open the ball valve and gradually loosen the air release valve to allow the air to slowly escape. Do not squeeze the device.

Start with light and moderate traction and exercise gently, only 1-2 times a day, then continue with heavy traction when comfortable. Usually, one treatment cycle is 10-20 days. It can be used at your own convenience while watching TV, working on the computer, reading, traveling, reclining or relaxing, etc.

Do not fall asleep while sleeping, use as a neck brace, use when you have recently suffered an acute or sprain/strain injury, and only in the case of serious injury, use as prescribed.
