Electrode pads contacts with your skin fully (not throuah clothes)then press the"+" to increase the intensity level.If the belt is loose and the electrode pads haven’t contact with the skin fully the intensity level will notincrease. Please do not fold or squeeze the electrode pad to avoid the damage, causing the machine does not work.
