Directions
1. Place in freezer bag and put in freezer for at least two hours for cold therapy.
2. Remove from any plastic bags and microwave for 10 seconds for heat therapy, adding more time in 5 second increments if needed.
3. Gently pull onto your foot and keep in place for approximately 15 minutes.
4. Hand wash with damp towel, do not submerge in water, and air dry.
5. If gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away and do not apply to skin.
