The Aqara Motion and Light Sensor P2's built-in infrared and light sensor monitors the presence of people in an area, and monitors the lighting values, allowing you to easily achieve automation for various tasks in your home
Compared to the Aqara motion sensor P1, the Motion and Light P2 includes a separate light sensor that can be used independently for automations, apart from motion detection, and is compatible with Matter
The P2 sensor can detect movement across a wider area range of up to 7 meters/23 feet, at an angle of up to 170 horizontally, and 45 vertically
The detection angle and the sensitivity may vary depending on the ambient temperature and the distance
The device comes with medium sensitivity by default, but you can set the various sensitivity levels on the Aqara Home APP later according to seasonal changes or needs.
