The 5 litre reverse osmosis filter tank filters up to 190 litres of water per day. Four filtration stages ensure soft, pure water that is 99.99% free of contaminants or bacteria. The water is mechanically pre-filtered through a K5 filter to free it from any particles larger than 5 micrometres. The activated carbon block filter (K2 filter) removes heavy metals, chlorine, organic matter and particles up to 3 micrometres from the water. As the final stage of the treatment process, the Aquaphor K7M filter is responsible for the mineralisation and good taste of the filtered water.
