DIRECTIONS FOR USE
As a food supplement take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. To check individual tolerance, take 1/2 tablet with a glass of water by breaking a tablet in half. Never exceed 2 servings per 24 hours. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Caffeine has a diuretic effect.
